The plaintiff stated the property belonged to him. He applied several times for rent bat defendant ignored witneia’ title, and refated to pay. A fortnight ago the oaie wat before the Court and adjourned. Since the service of the summons the defendant had oat down trees. He claimed for the amount due for rent and possession of tenement. He had worked for Mr Wheolbmd and Mr A. M Olurkfince judgment rna obtained. He wai not able to pay more than about 3j par week. The oaso was adjourned lo October Bth, the defendant in the meantime topayas much of the money as be could; The Court then rose.
