Birlin, August 28. The Baltic Squadron of the German fleet is preparing for sea. Komi, August 28. The Italian fleot is agsemblmi? at Agata, on the coast of Sicily. It has been officially explained that the fleet has been assembled merely for a cruise. Paris, August 28. The Frem-h squadron which was mobilised, unexpectedly dispersed on Monday. It has been suggested that the assemblage of the Italian feet at Agata was meant as a counter demonstration to the mobilization of the French fleet, and that tho dispersion of the latter has been ordered with a view to tranquilise the Italiao Government. St, Petersburg, August 28. A Nihilist plot has born discovered in this city. Eleven m»n and three women, carrying bombs, were arrested near the Imperial Palace.
