The Mercury Bay 'limber Company have agreed to the sale of their business to the Kauri Syndicate, and resolved to wind up the Company. Over 66,000 shares in the Kauri Company had been sold up to Monday. Mr W. IT. Tesehemaker, a noted hr* eder of merino sheep, and an old resident of the Oaraaru district, died on Tuesday morning.
