RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Ceuai,dinb—Wednesday, June 6, 1888. [Before R. H. Pesrpoint and H. W. Mooro, Epqß., J.P.'g, ALLEGED FIiADULENT BANKRUPTCY. The charge against R. Johnston of alleged fraudulent bankruptcy wag slilfurther adjourned for one week to allow the Resident Magistrate to be present. CIVIL CASES. Wm. Clark v. J. McDonald.—ln this case, in which on the previous Court day judgment was given for plaintiff, defendant's solicitor, Mr Wilson Smith, applied tor a re-hearing, on the ground that owing to the breaking away of his client's horse on the previous Court day tbe defendant bad uot been able to be present when tbe case wag called on.— The application w«s granted.
