Yesterday morning a. respectablydressed man, about 40 years old, with fair complexion, was found dead under the v«»-»ndHh of the Harbor Board's shed, Da;mpiei's Biy, Lyltellpni 'His Land* keichief was marked' "L. Martin.' Be has not been identified.
