Sib,—Can you give us any information as to when the member for the Rangitata district is going to address his constituents 1 Surely he has not forgotten the men who placed him in his present position, and if be intends to address them before Parliament meets it is time w® were hearing from him on the subject, as there are many questions of importance to be asked and answered.—l am, etc., An Elector.
