THE CRISIS IN FRANCE.
Paris, April 26. M. Carnot, the President, who is making a tour in the southern provinces, bus arrived at Limoges, the capital of the department Haute- Vienne. M. Carnot, replying to the address of welcome, said the present Government was ..hie ill defend the Repubic against the enemies, both within and without, ol France. A small number of the crowd gave cheers in honor of Geuerol Boulanger. April 27. President Carnot’s tour of the southern provinces is creating some curiosity, but little enthusiasm. April 26. General Boulanger denies that he •spires to the position of dictator.
