THE CRISIS IN FRANCE.
Paris, April 24.
The Municipal Council passed a resolution condemning the attitude and demonstrations of General Boulanger, and has agreed to a vote of confidence in (he Ploquet Ministry. The studen's of the city have discontinued their demonstrations against Boulanger. The Comte de Paris approves of the proposed revision of the Constitution, and states that monarchy alone will guarantee order at home and peace abroad.
M. de Preycinot has stated that it is the intention of France to have a million of men stationed on the frontier and another million in the interior, and also that it is proposed to extend the terms, under which men will serve to twentyfive years.
