GERALDINE COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. AT a SDecial Meeting of the Geraldine County Council held on WEDNESDAY, March 14th, 1888, at 11 o'clock a.m., the following SPECIAL ORDER was mode :—" Tliat the Council do now STRIKE a SPECEAL RAIE in accordance with the provisions of 'The Locil Bodies Loans Act 1886 ' of Jd (one-third of a penny) in the £ (pound) on all Rateable Property in the Woodbury Water-Supply District, for the pnrpo?e of providing the interest upon a loan of £SOO raised by the Qeraldine County Council under the provisions of the Government Loins to Local Bodies A.ct 1886 and the Amendment Act 1887. The said Rate to ba an ANNUAL RECURRING RATE for each year, commencing from the Ist of January and ending the 31st of December, and to bo payable annually in ONE SUM on the Ist day of MAY in each year (for a priori of twenty-six years) until the said Loan be paid off. The first payment to be made oo the FIRST DAY of Thin Special Order is to take effect on the FIRST DAY of MAY, 1888, and will be confirmed at a meeting of the Qeraldine County Council to be held on WEDNESDAY, 11th April, 1888. mrl7
