London, March 21. In the House of Commons Mr Parnell moved the second reading of his Irish Lflnd Act Amendment Bill. Mr Bradlaugh's motion affirming the expediency of determining hereditary pensions (al ways having due regard to the just claims of present recipients), and the desireableness of thoroughly wising the system of granting pensions, has been agreed to by the House of Commons. ilr Goschen's Conversion of Stock Bill has been passed by the House of Lords.
