At Blenheim on Saturday, the charge, against John Gardinur of sticking up and robbing a boundary keeper named B. G. Henderson was dismisHed, the laiter being quite positive that Gardiner was not the man. The description he gave pf fcht\ man who fired at him and the man arrested did not tally in any respect, and the Magistrate wa« very severe in his comments on the constable who made the arreit.
