A disgraceful disturbance is reported froip Rouen prance, During a service in the cathedral the abbe was frequently interrupted by persons asking him questions, and by the singing of songs. The disturbance rapidly developed into a riot of so serious a nature that the police an i military had to be called in ui quell it, A number of arrests were made, and peace restored.
