A person suspected of being a Russian spy has been arrested in this city.

Thousands of copes of a proclamation of Russian origin have been discovered in this city, having for their object incitement to a rising of the people. Loudon, Jan. 12.
Ihe Times states that Turkey has requested the Powers to summons Prince Ferdinand to withdraw from Bulgaria.
