■VrOTICE Is Hereby Given that the Geraldine County Council desires to H«ise the Sum of £SOO by way oif LOAN under the Provisions of the “ Local Bodies Loans Act 1886.” for the Purpose of CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS within that part of tho Geraldine County known as the Woodbury Water Supply District, and that it is proposed that the first year’s interest on the said Loan daring the Construction of the said Works shall bo paid out of the Moneys to be so borrowed, and that the sum of £25 15s 6d is proposed to be set apart in each Year towards the paying off of the Loan, and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE OF. ONE-THIRD OF A PENNY IN THE £ on the Rateable Value of the Property within the said Water Snpply District shall be pledged as security for such Loan. Dated this 17th dsy of December, 1887. WM.
