A Cincinnati! paper describes a wonderful (rOmpet, the invention of Harry B. Cox, s young electrician, residing near that city. ion. Conversation was readily carried on between men on bills on opposite sides of the Ohio river, about four and a half miles apart. Tests made on the water showed that the trumpet was even more available than on land. The instrument will be patented as soon os perfected, A name has not been chosen for if.
