Orders of discharge were granted to the following bankrupts Henry Newport (Mr Hay), James McDonald (Mr Lynch), J, J. Matthews (Hamers!ey and Wood), Julius Siegert (Mr White for Mr' Atjpi'nall), Helier Faurel (Mr White), T. Brosnahan (Mr Hay). OBQESS. Orders were granted for payment of costs out of the estates of J . Siegert and H. Faurel. Re Thomas Farrell. The matter was allowed to stand over , till next Court day. Re Hall add Meanon.—-Mr Wood to move to refer hack to the Clerk the hill of costs for taxation; Mr White contra. —Ordered to stand over till next Court day. PEOBATK. Probate was granted of the wills of the following deceased : —Matthew Thompson, to Louisa Mary Thompson, his widow (Mr Hay); Janet Pringle, to her father, William Pringle (Mr Hay) ; Frank Schmith, to his widow, (Mr Wood). TIMAEU WOOLLEN lACTOEY. On the application of Mr White, the names of all shareholders, with the exception of Messrs Stubbs and
Silverton, who objected, were placed on the list of contributories. The case was ordered to stand oyer till next Court day. APPEAL. Henry Gay son y. Annie "Walters.— Mr White for appellant, and Mr Perry for respondent. —This was an appeal from an order made in the Resident Magistrate’s Court against appellant in a recent affiliation case.— After some argument His Honor held that he had no jurisdiction in the matter and dismissed the appeal. , EXAMINATIONS. Re C. H. Reid. —The debtor appeared for examination. —Mr Tosswill for the debtor, Mr White contra. —On the application of Mr White the case was adjourned till the next sitting of the Court, costs being granted to the bankrupt’s solicitor. The Court then rose.
