I Paris, Nov. 17. I The Chamber of Deputies t o-day | unanimously granted leave t o prosecute M.Daniel Wilson in connection with the recent war office scandal?. The Prefect of Police has been dismissed from office. The Minister of Justice has teadered his resignation, which has beso ecoepted. Nov. 19. The French Ministry resigned owing ' io the Chamber of Deputies refusing to adjourn the debate upou a motion tabled by the Left reflecting upon the domestic policy of the Government. The French journals generally unite in urging the President to resign, but M. Gravy has declared bis intention of retaining his office for the full term of I the Presidentship, believing it to be un- [ oonsiitutioaal for the President to yield I to the pressure of Parliament.
