London, Nov. 13. Doughty, an English labor delegate, has been arrested in consequence of n speech at Clare. It is reported that the Government intend to entirely suppress the League forthwith. O’Brien’s clothes were removed while he was in bed for the purpose of forcing him to don prison garb. Nov. 15. Desperate attempts have been made to rescue seventeen persons who were sentenced to terms of imprisonment for breaches of the Crimes Act committed at Kilrush, County Clare. The Kiot Act was read, and the police repeatedly charged the mob and tbieatened to fire on them.
