SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING THE WOODBURY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT. AT A SPEC!\L MEETING of the' Geraldine County Council, held on Wednesday, October the 12th, 1887, it was unanimously agreed that the Petition of Ratepayers praying that the district defined in the Special Order (copies of such definition being open for inspection at the Offices of the Geraldine Road Board, Mount Peel Road Board, Mr R. Flatnoan’a Store, Woodbury, and the Offices of the Geraldine County Council, Timaru), be declared A SPECIAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, in Termr of the Counties Act 1886, under the name of the Woodbury Watei Supply District, as from the Ist day of DECEMBER, 1887, and it will be confirmed ct a meeting of the Council to bo held on Wednesday, November 9th, 1887.
