London, Oct. 10. General Ferron proposes to form five new regiments. Oct. 17.
The MorniDg Post statea on good authority that General Boulanger is strongly supported in the Chamber of Deputies and in the army, and that he is aiming at immediate war with Germany. Oct. 18.
M. Fleurens, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, has suggested to the Spanish Government that Morocco should be placed under the joint control of France and Spain, Spain is indisposed to accept the suggestion. It is hoped that the incessant attacks on M. Wilson will cause President Grevy to resign.
