General Brerat, Commandant of th* Toulouse Army Corps, referring to the recent mobilisation experim nt, declared that he was proud of belonging to an army which was ready and waiting for rev* ng<*. 1 The French array corps are manoeuvring in the east, north, and west. The (ierraan Press assert 'that the Toulouse manoaimes are valueless, except to show that French troops are unfitted for continuous marching. The Comte do Paris’ manifesto is regarded as inopportnne, and has fallen flat. It is likely to weaken the Rouvier Ministry. The Radicals are calling for energetic measures te counterbalance the Comte’s action, 1
