BULGARIAN AFFAIRS.
Sofia, Sept. 12. A public demonstration in favor of Prince Ferdinand took place her* left ay. A resolution wai passed declaring that the Prince should be assisted to the utmost in bis retention of the throne of Bulgaria. The people then assembled at the palace, when Prince Ferdinand addressed them from the balcony, and wished long life to Bulgaria. The mob afterwards proceeded to the residence of M. Karaveloff and the office of a Rnssian newspaper, and broke the windows of both buildings. London, Sept. 13. M. Karaveloff, a former President of the Bulgarian Ministry, and M. V. RadeslaToff, a member of his Government, together with a number of Bulgarian officers, hare been arrested for inciting a revolt, and will be tried for high treason. The trial is expected to disclose Russian intrigue. Sept. 14. M. Radeslavoff, formerly Bulgarian Minister, who was arrested for taking part in inciting a rio*, has been released, Austria ia manoeuvring two army corps in Tranaylvama and Routnania, and three corps on the borders of Wallachia and Moldavia. The position is farorabls for preventing an advance of the Russians should such a movement be contemplated.
