BULGARIAN AFFAIRS.
London, Sept. 6. It is reported that the Bulgarian army has revolted from Prince Ferdinand. The North German Gazette attacks him. Sept. 7. _ An extensive military revolt is feared in Bulgaria, _ Persistent _ reporta are in circulation that Prince Ferdinand intends to return to Hungary. Sofia, Sept. 7. The Porte has sent a notification to Bulgaria that in consequence of the collapse of the scheme of the Russian Government that General Ernoth should become sole Regent, the Turkish Government has made enquiries as to the views of the Russian Government under the altered circumstances, and has dispatched a fresh circular note to the Powers regarding the settlement of affairs in Bulgaria. .
