BULGARIAN AFFAIRS.
London, Aug. 15. Prince Ferdinand will take the constitutional oath. The Sobranje has been dissolved, and the Ministry has resigned. A new Cabinet is being formed by M. btarabouloff. Later. The election of Prince Ferdinand to the throne of Bulgaria has, with certain reservation, been recognised by England, Italy, Austria, and Turkey. [Prince Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg, who is now in Bulgaria with the purpose of taking the position of Prince of Bulgaria, is the youngest son of the late Prince Augustus of Saxe-Coburg Gotha and of Princess Clementina of Orleans, daughter of Louis Philippe. He is 27 years of age, and is a Roman Catholic. By descent, by the origin of his estates, and by legal status Prince Ferdinand is a Hungarian, being an officer in the Honved forces, commanded by his brother-in-law, the Archduke Joseph. | He is thus very acceptable to Austria, J but on that ground altogether unpalat--1 able to Russia*]
