Herring, claim £SOO, damages for malicious prosecution.—Mr Wilding for plaintiff’, and Messrs White and Co. for defendant. Toner v. Herring, claim £SOO, damages for malicious prosecution.—Mr Wilding for plaintif, and Messrs White and Co. for defendant. DIVOBCJt. Finch v. Finch and Lloyd.—Mr White to apply for a rule absolute.
