Moore to propose the following resolution : “That in conformity with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1886, relating to Irrigation for Water Supply purposes, all that portion of the Woodbury District hereafter described, and situate in the Geraldine County, be constituted a Water Supply District, for the purpose of carrying out Irrigation Works therein under the name of the Woodbury Water Supply District."
