THE FLOODS ON THE WEST COAST.

Among the incidents of the flood may be mentioned the fact that some pigs were washed into a publichouee od the GreyBeefton road, and they perched themselves on. a billiard tab'e. There was a'tremendous scour where the kosamond was lying at the head of the new wharf. -'''T'liiV morning Bounding gave 39ft between the Rosamond and the wharf, and 42ft oil the other side. It is impossible at present to arrive at any estimite of the loss.
