O’Donnell will take proceeding# against the Times for libel in connection with tbe recent accusation made by tb«t p*p<=i -galoot iho Pa»uellites, Mr Smith hai given notice to move on Monday next that cloture be applied to secure tbe immediate passage of the Irish Crimes Bill through tbe House ol Commons, Mr Dillon inUmls bringing an action against the Times for statements in its articles on Parnellism and crime. He claims £IO,OOO as damages. Bomb, June 28. The Pope, after further consideration, adheres to his decision to send Monsignor Persisco as Apostolic delegate to Ireland, owing to His Holiness’ dissatisfaction with the attitude of the Irish clergy, ___________
