A man named Thomas Thomson appeared in the Wellington;; ;06.\irt on Thursday morning on five" charges of biirglary and house-breaking at the Hutt. Considerate sums of money and jewel'ery have been lost by lesidents there. Thompson wns remanded for a week. He has been wanted for the hat four years for various offences alleged to have been committed at Halcombe and Auckland.
