IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, June 19. The division in the House of Commons on Clause 6 of the Irish Crimes Bill was 332 to 162. The Parnelljte faction are now despondent of carrying any amendments. June 31, The Times states that the Pope is sending Monsignor Persico as apostolic delegate to Ireland, because he is not satisfied with the attitude of the clergy there.
