Loudon, Jane 16. News received from official sources in London leaves no doubt that the dynamite faction have arranged otrrages tor jubilee week. The authorities profess to have full knowledge of the conspiracy and to be acquainted with the names of those engaged in it, and are confident that it will be defeated. For months the movement has been suspected, and prominent plotters nbrrad, and their probable aedmupiiceti ii -Hyland, have been carefully noted and reported at headquarters. During the same period the ports of. the United Kingdom have been watched with a view to the arrest of the suspected persons without previous notice, The movements of Patrick Casey, wboi is* at prfesent in Baris, and on whose passport ; Dhuleep Singh recently travelled to Russia, is being dlbsely witched \by i special detectives.
