Hourly we meet with a poor Magdalen, tired of a,misspent life, seeking e shelter, and finding no security against the biting tblasts of renewed temptation, turns away with the weight of the world's acoujaiiob, with the world's condemnation, and become*' the viotim of an unholy impnlse, which cannot be reoalled without a sigh riay, without a tear, Kindly, therefore, bear in mind—1. A most desirable lite bat been inquired for the Magdalen near Ohriitohurch. 2. His TCminenoe Cardinal Moran laid the foundation-stone at "Mount M»gdaU" on the 18th February of last year, in the presence of ,5000 people, and the first portion of the Aiylum is nearly completed. ;.,;-.' • I 3. On estates such as are now being considered the Public Trustee is authorised to charge If per cent, on all receipts, and 1£ per cent, or all disbursements, and ss. per cent, on all moneys j invested. No charge is made tor obtaining probite, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous.
