Lonpon, Jane 10, In the House of Commons last night Mr Smith moved that the 17th inst. he fixed as the date upon which the Committee of the whole House should report on the Crimes Bill, and that the remaining clauses and mendments be put without debate. Owing to the objections of the Unionists, Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland, moved and the House agreed that the provision for the trial in London of persons accused of crimes committed in Ireland should be erased from the Bill.
