Londox, May 20. M. De f reycinet has been summoned to form a new Ministry, but is consulting with his friends before accepting the task. An impression prevails that the country will quietly accept the sacrifice of General Boulanger for the sake of peace. Paris, May 21, M. De Freyctnet, who had been requested by M. Gr*Vy to form a Ministry, has declined the task. M. Roavier has been charged with the formation of a Cabinet. The Municipal Council of Lyons and other important towns have petitioned M. Grdvy, President of the Republic, to retain General Boulanger as Minister of War in any Ministry which may be formed.
