Lohdgn, April 29. One hundred and thirty "suspects" have been expalled from Alsace. It is alleged that Bcboaboll has obtained plans of forts at fcJlrasburg, Metz, and Mayence. Bkrlin, April 29. It is announced that the Emperor has ordered the release of Schncebell, the Freneh Commissioner, wuo was recently arrested on a charge of treason. Pabis, April 80, Scbnoebrli, the French Commissioner, who was released from Metz by the Emperor of Germany's orders, arrived at Paris to-day, and met with an oration from the crowd assembled.
