The troopship Tyne, with the relief crews for Her Majesty’s ships on the Australian station, arrived here to-day, in company with H.M. surveying (Vessel Myrmidon. She reports having collided with the latter. The Tyne is considerably damaged about the bows. Her sternis much twisted and Torn. When the collision took place her fore com--partments filled with water. The ▼esse) would have ,sunk but for her collision bulkheads. No casualties occurred pn, cither vessel.
