The man Martin, who bad been missing at Waugaoui several days, turned up all right on Thursday. These various symptoms may not be present at one time, but they torment the sufferer in turn as the dreadful disease progresses. If the case be one of long standing, there will be a dry, hacking cough, attended after a time by expectoration. In very advanced tages he skin aisumes a dirty brownish apperanoe, and the hands and feet an oovered by a cold sticky perspiration. As ;' the liver and kidneys become more and more diseased, rheumatio pains appear, and the usual treatment proves entirely unaviling against the latter agonising disorder.
