Pabliambnt.— An Extraordinary Gazette isaued on Monday afternoon further prorogues Parliament until Mareh 23rd, A t a meeting of the Cabinet it was decided that Parliament be called together for the despatch of business in the lust week of April, but it is expected that the date will not be fixed until the Governor has been communicated with.
