The farmers of this district have found it an ARDENT ADVOCATE for RELIEF being given to them from the burden of a USURIOUS RATE OF INTEREST The scheme of a NATIONAL BANK—originated in its columns, and consistently advocated by it—has now been taken up in Parliament, and if it passes GREAT BENEFITS will accrue from it.
