ENGLISH MARKETS.
London, Feb. 10. Colonial breadstuff's are without quotable change. At the wool sales to-dsy 11,600 bales were catalogued. The market is quieter, all qualities being £d higher than at the close of the last sales. The withdrawals have been 15,000 bales, Feb. 11. The wheat market is quiet, and quotations are nominally unchanged. Prices . for the Continental and American shipments are easier. No colonial arrival are reported. One Australian cargo has been sold at 37s 3d for prompt shipment, Sellers are asking 375. The wool market is irregular, and the recent advance has been partially lost; only the best classes of combing merinos and crossbreds maintain the highest rates. 202,000 bales have been catalogued, of which 18,000 were withdrawn.
