RIFLE MATCH.

A rifle match between a team ; chosen from the employees oa the staff ,of the Oamaru Mail, who are members of the local corps, and a team chosen from the Geraldine Rifles, was fired on Wednesday. Each team fired at their respective butts. The conditions were five shots at each range, ordinary scoring. ■ The weather was fine, but at Geraldine, the wind, was very baffling, which „ fact doubtless accounts for tbq, small; scores made.
