At the Auckland Supreme Oonrt on Tuesday Mr Justice Ward diioharged George Bussell on a charge of larceny on probation for twelve months, the Probation Officer guaranteeing to find employment for him. Wm. Henry Jonei, on a charge of forgery, was dealt with under the Probation Act for twelvemontbe, conditionally on hii taking the pledge for twelve months ; but if during that time he broke such pledge, he would be brought up and dealt with as if no auoh order had been made.
