OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that _ the Geraldine County Council desires to raise the sum of £2500 by way of loan under the provisions of u The Local Bcdien Loans Act 1886," for the purpose of Constructing Irrigation Works within that part of the Geraldine Couoty known as the Rangituta and Orari Water Supply District, and being that part of the County boundtd on the North by the River Raugitata, and on the South by the River Orari, and that it is proposed that the First Year's Interest on the said Loan during the Construction of the said Works shall be paid out of the moneys to be so borrowed, and that the Sum of £125 is proposed to be set apart in each year towards the paying off the Loan, and that it is proposed that a Special Rate of FiveSixteenths of a Penuy in the £ on the Rateable Value of the Property within the said Water Supply District shall be pledged as Security for such Loan.
