Property-tax Department, Wellington, 12tb November, 1886. •'VrOTICE is hereby given that Pro-perty-tax under “The Propertytax Act, 1886,” for the year commencing on the let day of April, 1886, will be payable as fellows • In respect of the duty of thirteensixteenths of a penny, where the amount of the duty shall be under fifteen pounds, the same shall be paid on the fourteenth day of December, one thousand eighthundred and eighty-six; and where such duty amounts to fifteen pounds, or exceeds that sum, the same shall be paid in two equal instalments, the first of such instalments being payable on the said fourteenth day of December, and the second of such instalments on the eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
