Extraordinary safeguardy are being taken by the aufhorkies to prevent a disturbance arising out of the Socialist meeting in Trafalgar .Square on Sunday. Hamilton, Under-Sjecreiary tor Ireland, will shortly be removed from Dublin Castle, owing to Nationalist tendencies. Nov. 19. It is announced that Sir«R. The Times to-day publishes a paragraph, statiag that the Cuaard and White Star Steamship Companies have declined the proposal made by the Postmaster-General that they should undertake the conveyance of mails between Queenstown and America twice weekly at the rate of 3s per lb for letters, and 3d per lb for newspapers.
