KITTEN TENDERS, under sealed V y covers, will be received for the PERPETUAL LEASE of the undermentioned RESERVE, under Part IV. of the Land Act, 1886, up to 10 a.m. on 26tb NOVEMBER, 1886, addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Christchurch, and endorsed “ Tender for Perpetual Lease of Reserve 2033, on eonth bank of Orari River, near Geraldine.” Every tender must be accompanied by a declaration, six months’ rent, and a fee of 30s. Should there be two or more tenders of the eame amount tor the same section, the right to occnpy will be decided by lot.
