Mr Justice Williams leaves Dunedin to-day for the Appeal Court. At the Supreme Court, Dunedin, in the case Blair v. Duntroon-Hakateramea Railway Company, a claim for timber supplied in connection with the Upper Waitaki Bridge, Mr Justice Williams gave judgment for the plaintiff for £1215 7s, with 8 per cent interest from October, 1881, and costa added.
