SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING THE KANG [TATA AND ORARI WATER-SUPPLF DISTRICT AS FROM THE FIRST DAY OF , DECEMBER, 1886. AT a Special Meeting held on the 20th October, 1886, it was unanimously agreed that the petition of Ratepayers praying that the district defined in the Special Order (copies of such definition being open for inspection at the office of the Tetnuka Road Board, Temuka, at the office of the Geraldine Road Board, Geraldine, at the office of the Mount Peel Road Board, Peel Fo'es',, and at the County Council office, Timaru) be declared a Special Water-Supply District in terms of the Counties Act 1876 and Amendment Act 1883, and will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on 24th November, 1886.
