If compelled to choose, England would sympathise with Bulgaria, England's adhesion would probably serve to avert war. Oct. 3. The difference between. 'lha merchants in Moscow are complaining of the stagnation of trade, and. it is thought foresee a war. It is believed that Austria will only fight if Bulgaria resists.
