Any Person may appoint the Public Trustee executor and trustee under bis will or codicil. A y present {trustee may transfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trust attaching thereto. Any person, company, association or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses ns may be defined in the deed cresting the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide that property belonging to it may bo placed in tfco Public Trust Office, for tuoh trusts and uses and with such powers as may bo defined in or by the said rules.
